1. Is it safe to order your products online?
All personal and credit card information is processed on a secure server by Authorize.net. Credit card information is never sent by email. If you are uncomfortable ordering online or if you do not have a credit card, you may also use our printable order page or call us at 1-800-356-2814 ext15.
2. How are products shipped?
All products are shipped via US mail.
3. When will I get my order?
You have the choice of having your order shipped by air mail or surface mail. Shipping times are listed on the order page.
4. What is your return policy?
If your are unhappy with your order you may return it for a refund or replacement. Contact our customer service department.
5. I want to write an article about one of your products, whom do I contact?
One of our producers would be happy to answer your questions.
6. How can I be a Reel Fish Calendar Productions model?
