| 1. What are your rates? The rates vary greatly based on the event. You can expect the rates to include: daily wages per model, travel and lodging. 2. How do I reserve the dates of my event? After all details are agreed upon, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required to book your event. 40% is due 30 days prior the the event. The remaining 50% is due on last day of your event. 3. How many Calendar Girls should I book? You must book at least 2 models for your event. This allows the models to take breaks. There is no maximum number of models. Contact us for our recommendations. 4. Can I request a specific model? You may request a specific model. We will do our best to book the model(s) of your choice, based on availability. 5. What will the Calendar Girl Team wear? The CalendarDates.Com Calendar Girls will dress appropriately for the event. They can wear black dresses, matching team shirts with black slacks/skirts, bikini tops with short shorts, or bikinis. Waders or chaps are an option depending on the nature of your event. The appropriate dress for a specific event will be discussed and agreed upon when the team is booked. 6. What will the Calendar Girls do at my event? In addition to drawing a crowd of attendees to your event, the Calendar Girl Team can: sell raffle tickets, assist with drawings, present awards, act as official hostesses/greeters, pass out promotional material, autograph their merchandise, take Polaroid's with the guests, and be a part of promotional photos and press interviews. Bike/car washes are very popular. For additional fees, the Calendar Girls can: provide a fire dance show, fashion shows, or bring the Sportfishing Simulator. All details are agreed upon at the time of booking. 7. How can I off set the costs of having the Calendar Girl Team at my event? One of your sponsors (or a combination of sponsors) may sponsor us. We would be more than happy to hang a sign in our booth that says "Brought to you by___". We draw large crowds and are a very memorable attraction. Our booth is a prime spot for advertising. Please discuss this option at the time of booking to ensure there are no sponsor conflicts. 8. Our event is for charity, how can the Calendar Girl Team help? Events that are 100% for charity may receive special rates. The team may also donate part of the money generated from a bike/car wash or other sales to the charity.
